Our Commitment
CyberDude Networks is committed to protecting the security of your data. We employ industry-standard security measures and continuously evolve our practices to address new threats.
Security Framework
Our framework is built on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We follow ISO 27001 guidelines and OWASP recommendations to safeguard your data.
SEC-002Data Encryption
Encryption in Transit
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. We enforce HTTPS across all web properties and reject connections using outdated protocols.
Encryption at Rest
Data stored on our servers is encrypted using AES-256. Database encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key management service and rotated regularly.
End-to-End Encryption
For sensitive communications and data transfers, we implement end-to-end encryption where applicable, ensuring only intended recipients can access plaintext data.

Cloud Providers
Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud Platform, both maintaining the highest levels of physical and logical security certifications including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
Network Security
Our cloud infrastructure is protected by enterprise-grade firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and DDoS mitigation services.
Geographic Redundancy
Critical data and services are replicated across multiple geographic regions. Our RTO is under 4 hours and RPO is under 1 hour.
SEC-004Access Control
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
We implement strict RBAC policies ensuring employees and systems only access resources necessary for their job functions. Access rights are reviewed quarterly.
Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA is enforced for all internal systems. We support authenticator apps, hardware security keys (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and SMS-based verification.
Privileged Access Management
Privileged access to production systems is controlled through a dedicated PAM solution with just-in-time (JIT) access provisioning.
SEC-005Vulnerability Management
Penetration Testing
We engage independent third-party security firms to conduct penetration testing at least annually. Findings are tracked and remediated based on severity within defined SLAs.
Vulnerability Scanning
Automated vulnerability scanning tools continuously monitor our infrastructure. SAST and DAST are integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.
Responsible Disclosure
Report vulnerabilities to security@cyberdudenetworks.com. We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours and working with researchers in good faith.
SEC-006Incident Response
Incident Response Plan
We maintain a comprehensive incident response plan tested and updated regularly. Our security team is on-call 24/7. All incidents are classified by severity and follow defined escalation procedures.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach as required by applicable law.
Post-Incident Review
Following any security incident, we conduct a thorough post-mortem to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Regulatory Compliance
Our security controls comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), GDPR for EU users, and other applicable regional privacy laws.
Security Audits

Employee Training
All employees undergo mandatory security awareness training annually. Phishing simulation exercises are conducted quarterly.
