By accessing or using the services of CyberDude Networks Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
You are prohibited from: using our services for any unlawful purpose; transmitting unsolicited advertising; attempting to gain unauthorized access; using automated tools without our express written consent; or impersonating any person or entity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of CyberDude Networks Pvt. Ltd. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
Certain services are offered on a paid basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) or as otherwise specified, exclusive of applicable taxes.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
CyberDude Networks does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall CyberDude Networks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
Before filing a claim against CyberDude Networks, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@cyberdudenetworks.com within 30 days.
